Paradox of the Sunset...

....Last night, I asked myself, Does moving on means you have to forget the past? Does letting go had to be so painful? If you let go of someone, would it be possible to have them back? Sometimes, the reason why we're having a hard time letting go is because, we still hold onto the slightest hope that the person would still go back to us. Even if we know for ourselves that person is already gone... Is it because we Love them so much that we're afraid to let them go or is it because we're afraid to let them go and be alone? Everyday, every minute and every second, you'd be miserable. Aside from that, the feeling would continue to agonize you. You'll start thinking all sort of things, you're bombarded with a lot of questions... questions which does not have direct answers...and then Frustration and Depression comes hand in hand. You get the feeling that the world has turned its back on you. You wanted to be alone, keep it all to yourself. You'll be counting on sleepless nights, you'd cry sleeping, woke up in the middle of the night and start crying again. Ever wished not to wake up next morning? You'd start doubting yourself.. and worst blaming yourself. Thinking that you're such a bad person to deserve all these. You'd try to move on, let people see it's all over for you... but when you get home, could you still pretend? At times when you're alone, doing nothing, did you ever feel you're cheeks suddenly get wet with tears? It's gonna be very painful...to let go. But we've got to do it. It's the only consolation that you'll get. It is a favor that you do for Yourself, after all that you've gone through. We could never forget the past, no matter how painful and trumatic it was. We can never hide from it and pretend that it didn't happen, but can you deny that to yourself? Maybe. As most people would say, "Past is past...move on.." It doesn't matter when it had happened, just yesterday or a few years back, even if you don't cry anymore when you got to think about it. The point is.... it's still there....

	it takes time to heal the wound... may ugly scar pa nga mabilin!!!! the wounds will heal but the scar remains Registered Report

	hmmmm their are a lot of things in life that can't be explained why it happened... but sometimes after a while the reason will be given to you and you'll gonna say ....kaya pala ngyari yon letting go is a very hard thing to do if you don't take the first step ,and that's acceptance, its hard and painful but the fact is their staring at you bluntly, so you have two options, continue in misery while the said person who caused you pain is laughing his/her heart out? or accept and start to gather the broken pieces of your life.. everyone suffered a lot of pain, failures in life but they surpass it so just think why can't I??? focus on more positive ways and enhance yourself ... for myself I always think.. that you'll gonna regret the time that you decided to leave me ...thats my weapon .... 	weeeeeeeeeee.... weeee letting go is hard to 4get... esp. if u love that person so much... maski hambalon mo pa nga u already moved on...may time gid nga nagabalik2 man gyapon sa paminsaron mo kung naga isahanon kaw... It's hard to 4get and 2 heal d wound.. Like what miga mai said "d wound will heal but d scars remains".. only u can help urself... Go out and meet other people..just think nga it's his/her big lost 4 leaving u...Think positive ..Keep d good vibe flowin'... Go on with ur life and hope 4 d best... CHEERZZZZ Registered Report
