I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE ANTIQUENO YOUTH OUT THERE NGA MAG-INTRA SA DIOCESAN YOUTH DAY 2008 WHICH WILL BE HOSTED BY ANINI-Y PARISH. And of course, sa mga financially blessed out there OUR PARISH IS LOOKING FOR SPONSORS. Hugyaw antiqueno, buligan ta ja.  
DIOCESAN YOUTH DAY is an annual gathering of antiqueno youth. This year's theme was taken from Acts 1:8 "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you will be my witnesses"

Please do try to scan the archives of the Provincial Gov't. because as far as i know the registered Festival of Bugasong is Padurugyaw and not Bugas sa Lusong. Sorry lang sa maigo pero that's the truth.

I HEARD THAT THERE WILL BE NO TATUSAN FESTIVAL THIS COMING APRIL…. 
 
I was a pure blooded caluyanhon by heart,and by soul... 
 
I was born and was raised at the island paradise of caluya. From the very day that I started to see and understand all the things and events that are happening around me, up to this very point of time, there is one important event that excites me every year,as important as my birthday and as exciting as Christmas. It has been a part of my life process, from my grade school to my high school life. I, my friends and colleagues always find ways to participate on the activities of this event. The “TATUSAN FESTIVAL”  
Tatusan Festival,serve to meet specific needs, as well as to provide entertainment.These festival offer a sense of belonging for religious,social,and geographical groups.It focuses on cultural and ethnic topics seek to inform all of us(caluyanhons) about our traditions. 
Tatusan provided a means for unity among families and for people to find mates.This is the best time for the families to have their reunions and to strengthen the bond between them.It also brings hundreds, if not thousands of smiles to caluyanhons, specially to the children. 
If we are going to talk about the budget, I know we have a lot of that…. But if the reason of ceasing the festival is to divert the budget to some other projects for us to become what they call “DEVELOPED MUNICIPALITY”, I’m very sorry, but I really beg to disagree…. Having this festival with good preparation, is not just spending money but rather it can bring more investors, investors that will be going to put their investment to our beautiful and nice place, investment that will bring money, two times or maybe more than that of the budget allotted for this festival. Through these we can build MORE projects, and we will become not just a "DEVELOPED MUNICIPALITY" but rather a “FULLY DEVELOPED AND PROGRESSIVE MUNICIPALITY”. 
 
And lastly, we all know that tourism has a great impact on the economic stability of one’s place. As Secretary Ace Durano said “PAGMASIGLA ANG TURISMO, MARAMING TRABAHO”…………….
