The LRED activity started today July 8 until July 10, 2008 at the Pinnacle Suites and jointly facilitated by the Department of Trade and Industry and the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ). LRED involves the conduct of Rapid Economic Appraisal (REA) whereby it tries to capture the local economic condition by conducting interviews with the private businesses, the academe, NGOs, LGUs present in the locality.
