The forthcoming Barangay Day celebration of Brgy. Arobo, Tobias Fornier, Antique will be held on May 18, 2008. The celebration once again marks as a "binding force" of each residents from different walks of life flocked together at the shoreline "bay-bay" to enjoy and be part of the phenomenal festivity.

The Barangay Day was Organized by the Brgy. Officials spearheaded by the energetic Punong Barangay Florita P. Egualan wayback year 1997, and now on its 11th year Anniversary today.

It features activities such as Fluvial Parade, Parlor games, Kan-anay sa baybay, Merry-making and Binayle pagka gabi-e...which surely make the event meaningful and enjoyable for the local people and spectators. It is showcases the Arobian people Uniqueness, constituents finery, a celebration to enjoy, to see and it it also celebrates the improvements that come with reforms in the Arobian's social and economic life. This is an imperative need to help develop the camaraderie of every constituent to foster peace and harmony that unites people as one team...one kapamilya!

Thus, it is the utmost hope that this year's festivity will be a resounding success.
