I wish there are more photos of the flood and
actual damage because people do not seem to
believe that Antique had its own share of
devastation. The current photos I have seen
from the K-site is more the relief giving and
full of happy faces of the relief givers which
look great. But then, the reality of the
devastation as shown by other sites about
Iloilo, Aklan and Kalibo will really give you
the extent of the damage and they tug at your
heart. Psychologically, they work well for
soliciting donations.
But then, probably there were not enough
photos of the actual floods to show, right? In
disasters like this, and for fund-raising purposes,
I think the proof of the disaster has a greater
impact than the goodwill shown when it is all over.
This is a constructive criticism and I do not mean
to disparage anybody. Just thinking aloud.
So, if anyone who might read this email has
some photos of the disaster, do share them and
have them posted at the K-site for posterity.

Thank you guys for these, being away from home I always missed everything, from whats new and whats old.. and what ever is happening .. but because of kinaray-a.com I am able to access.. everything in front of my eyes..
