Watch out, the government is going to make decision what an "ideal family size" is for you.

Loved ones, there is a bill in the works - "This bill would mandate an "ideal family size," setting the stage for a proposed Two-Child Policy. It foresees stiff penalties that include up to six months imprisonment and heavy fines for those who do not comply with the proposed reproductive health care agenda."

If this newly consolidated bill called "The Reproductive Health Bill of 2005," renamed "An Act Providing for a National Policy on Reproductive Health, Responsible Parenthood and Population Development passes, people might as well expect that legal abortion in the Philippines will be forthcoming.

Surely, it appears that the EVIL ONE has now extended its tentacles to the major Catholic country in Asia (the Philippines), through the blind eyes of Philippine Legislator Committee on Population and Development (PLCPD), (I'm quite certain these people are paid well) that has worked with International Planned Parenthood and the U.N. Population Fund (horrible associations, major advocates for contraception and/or abortion).

If you want to promote the "Culture of Life," life with God then you must oppose this bill as it will have ominous circumstances in our life and culture. However, if you want to harbor the "Culture of Death," then all I could do is pray for you. God Help Us!
