The point is, God has the qualities that Man doesn't have . . . qualities that Man himself knows he cannot have . . .omnipotence, omniscience etc.

Man dies. But he fears death and wants to live longer, he then created God in order for him to look up to something after death. God now is immortal.

Man cannot do everything. He feels inadequate he cannot fulfill bigger tasks, he then created God so that he can let God do the impossible' things for him. God now is omnipotent.

Man (so far) cannot understand everything. He thinks he cannot explain everything around him, he then created God so that he can get short-cut answers to his inquiries. God now is omniscient.

Man is alone. He distrusts his fellow for they've done awful things to him, he then made God his companion and he won't be needing anyone anymore. He also wants God to watch over him wherever he is. God now is selfless and omnipresent.

God is Man's model. It has become so powerful that he fears his creation already. So in order for him to get everybody else to appreciate his creation, God had 'perfect human qualities' -- sincere, loving, faithful etc. No one should want to praise a frightening God right? Now it has become Man's perfect model to emulate.

Fact: Compare religious belief from the past three generations to the present. Weigh the difference and you can reconcile in what you believe now.

Wow, what a way with words!

My friend, the ability to create words in a coherent fashion only speak to the very existence of a Creator. Mere language cannot explain why you are. The very idea that you can think... speak with a language… see and understand what you see are pure miracles. To understand about oneself “I am.” To think that you just appeared or human life just happened is to assassinate ones reason.

The bases of your beliefs are that something came from nothing. Or that life was generated from rock time and energy. Where did the rock (matter), time and energy come from? Where did the big bang come from or the materials for the bang?

All of creation has a commonality. So either, maybe each non-life element or matter and gas evolved into other types of matter and gas and then the basic elements evolved into the complex elements. And the elements sparked life. On and on until we have an “intelligent creative process” or a non-god – god – “mother nature.” So where did the intelligence come from?

Or, the reason all of creation has a commonality is because it has a common Creator. With respect, you cannot possibly think you just happened or that there is no purpose or reason for this wonderful life we have. And life can be wonderful by the way. And life is eternal so what we do matters and has purpose and reason.

God loves you my friend. Jesus died for you so that all can be forgiven and when you stop rebelling against Him and you surrender yourself to your Creator. He will create you anew with eternal life.

You are in our prayers that God’s Holy Spirit will lead you into truth and that truth is He created you; He loves you and is waiting for you to love Him back.
