Kun me Oil deposit gid man offshore kang Antique kag mapatindig ang mga oil rig installation, bahol gid eh impact sa aton ekonomiya. Kun ang base sa Antique, sa puerto kang Culasi o kun San Jose man ti duro nga obra ina sa Antiqueno pero kun sa Batangas gihapon kay amo ang existing base kang Malampaya sa Palawan, wala gid kita makuha kundi share lang kang provincial goverment. Ti ang direct beneficiaries lang amo ang mga engineers, welders, ka iba pa nga mga skilled offshore workers abay run ang mga seaman sa offshore vessel.
