uh ohh!!
Nah!! not all Ilonggos speaks hiligaynun @[ffbandiola]maybe you mean tagalog.. harus tanan ko nga nasugat-an kon sa gwa kang Panay speaks Tagalog no matter from where the person came from.. sara pa ang hiligaynun sa syudad lang kag ang mga banwa nga nagapamalidpid sa baybay halin sa city paagtu sa Balasan..Ilonggo speaks from "l" to "d" to "r" its something complicated that even me as an Ilonggo I don't have that fluency when it comes to local languages that sometimes made me sounds so ridiculous..just like saying kaduro karako which is the same meaning "plenty"  
 
Ang sabi ni Gat Jose Rizal.. Ang taong hindi marunong magmahal sa sariling wika ay masahol pa ang amoy sa malansang isda.. but of all people look at his own book it was written in Spanish :grin
